Terms of Service

Terms of Service and user agreement for Aritect platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and Aritect (“Company”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) regarding your use of our services, including our website (aritect.com), application (app.aritect.com), and official Telegram bots (aritect_bot, aritect_agartha_bot, aritect_arbiter_bot). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

Each time you access Aritect, you agree to the Terms in effect at that time. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Access may be restricted for users under 18 or as required by applicable law.

Platform Description

Aritect is a risk intelligence infrastructure. We provide wallet scoring, credit history, and behavioral analysis to help lenders, exchanges, payment processors, and token issuers make informed decisions about on-chain counterparties. Some features may require connecting a blockchain wallet or third-party authentication (e.g., Telegram, Discord).

User Obligations

You warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for your own hardware, software, and network access. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any breach. You may not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
  • Infringe on intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent security or access unauthorized areas.
  • Use the Platform for spamming, scraping, or commercial exploitation without permission.
  • Interfere with Platform operation or other users.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use automated interfaces not provided by us.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and proprietary technology on Aritect are owned or licensed by the Company. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Use of the Platform does not grant any implied licenses.

User Content

If you submit content (e.g., messages, wallet addresses, feedback), you retain rights to your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for Platform operation and improvement. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Aritect may link to or integrate with third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

API and Developer Services

If you are granted access to our Application Programming Interface (API), data streams, or developer tools:

  1. No Execution Warranty: Our risk scores (LHI, DHI, TI, MRI) and signals are provided for informational analysis only. You acknowledge that blockchain networks are subject to congestion and latency. We are not responsible for missed trades, slippage, failed transactions, or liquidation events caused by API latency, downtime, or data discrepancies.
  2. Probabilistic Nature: Risk scores are generated by probabilistic algorithms and machine learning models. A “Safe” score does not guarantee profit or safety, and a “High Risk” score does not guarantee malicious intent. The scores represent a statistical assessment based on available on-chain data, not a statement of fact.
  3. Prohibited Use: You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute our data streams; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms; (c) use the API to spam the network or cause denial of service.
  4. Rate Limiting: We reserve the right to throttle or terminate API access immediately if your usage patterns degrade performance for other users.
  5. Alpha/Beta Access: Features labeled as “Alpha” or “Beta” are experimental and may undergo breaking changes without notice.

Privacy and Risk

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Risk Notice, which are incorporated by reference. We do not provide investment advice. All information and signals are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and assume all risks.

Limitation of Liability

Aritect, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or the accuracy of any information provided.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aritect, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aritect regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
