The governance treasury holds $ARITECT tokens used to fund proposal rewards. veARITECT governance tokens are minted separately and are not part of the treasury.

1. Proposal reward pools (70%) — $ARITECT funding for successful proposal rewards.
2. Security audits and improvements (20%).
3. Emergency reserves (10%).
