Moderation outcomes:

  • Approved: Proposal proceeds to community voting.
  • Needs revision: Specific feedback provided for improvement.
  • Rejected: Clear reasoning provided, bond burned (100 veARITECT lost).
  • Deferred: Proposal valid but timing inappropriate, bond unlocked.
